We stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your NOMATIC product isn't the perfect fit for your journey, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for items in new, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
